On June 4, Consul General Ou Boqian of China in Dubai met with Sharief Al Awadhi, Director General of Fujairah Free Zone Authority.

Al Awadhi briefed the Consul General on the development of Fujairah Free Zone and its future plans. He said that the Authority stands ready to further enhance cooperation with Chinese enterprises in logistics and transportation, manufacturing, warehousing services and other sectors, while continuing to provide a favorable investment environment and efficient facilitation services for investors.

Ou noted that the China-UAE comprehensive strategic partnership continues to deepen, and Chinese enterprises remain confident in the prospects of the UAE market. She said that Fujairah enjoys distinct geographical advantages and possesses considerable potential for development in port logistics, warehousing services and industrial investment. She expressed the hope that the two sides would further strengthen practical cooperation and jointly advance China-UAE economic and trade cooperation to achieve new outcomes.
