On November 6, the "Dialogue with the Chinese Consul General" event was successfully held in Ras Al Khaimah. Consul General，H.E. Ou Boqian visited the Higher Colleges of Technology – Ras Al Khaimah Campus, delivering an insightful lecture that took faculty and students from multiple universities in Ras Al Khaimah on an engaging journey exploring China's development and China-UAE relations. 

With a broad vision, comprehensive perspective, and vivid examples, Consul General Ou Boqian clearly demonstrated the dynamics of Chinese modernization and interpreted the latest developments, such as the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the 15th Five-Year Plan, highlighting the bright prospects of China-UAE cooperation. During the interactive session, faculty and students actively raised questions on topics such as China's development philosophy and artificial intelligence, to which Consul General Ou Boqian responded one by one. 

The Ras Al Khaimah edition of "Dialogue with the Chinese Consul General" was co-organized by Chinese Consulate-General in Dubai and the Al Qasimi Foundation, with over 200 participants from the Higher Colleges of Technology – Ras Al Khaimah Campus, the Ras Al Khaimah Medical and Health Sciences University, the American University of Ras Al Khaimah, and other institutions.
