On October 14, Consul General H.E. Ou Boqian visited the 45th Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX Global 2025) and met with representatives from multiple participating Chinese enterprises. 

During her tour, she listened to introductions from companies such as Huawei, GAC Group, China Mobile International, China Telecom, China Unicom, H3C, and iFlytek on their latest technologies and products, including artificial intelligence, flying cars, the Internet of Things, and cloud services. She fully acknowledged the achievements made by these enterprises in digital technology and other fields and encouraged them to actively participate in Dubai's digital transformation process, leveraging new quality productive forces to contribute to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road cooperation.

During the exhibition, Consul General Ou Boqian also accepted an invitation to visit the Dubai Customs booth, where she engaged in a cordial exchange with  Dr. Abdulla Mohammed Busenad, Director General of Dubai Customs. They discussed the prospects for China-UAE cooperation in trade facilitation and customs clearance.

This year's exhibition focused on key areas such as artificial intelligence and data centers, attracting over 6,800 exhibitors from more than 180 countries and regions, setting a new record in scale.
