On September 29, Consul General H.E. Ou Boqian in Dubai led a youth theory study group to conduct a field visit to the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) and met with its CEO, Mishal Al Julfar. 

Mishal provided a detailed introduction to the development history of Dubai's emergency services, their core business scope, and dispatch mechanisms, among other specifics. He expressed anticipation for further deepening exchanges and cooperation between the two sides, welcoming outstanding Chinese technology companies to actively participate and contribute to the mutual development of emergency medical services. 

Consul General H.E. Ou noted that Dubai's emergency services are highly professional and responsive, with impressive achievements in areas such as the scale and variety of ambulances and the construction of ambulance stations. She expressed readiness to further establish effective communication channels and strengthen practical cooperation, including enhancing first-aid training for the overseas Chinese community, to better safeguard the lives, health, and safety of Chinese citizens in Dubai.
