On January 27, Consul General Li Xuhang went to Dragon Mar in Dubai and Al Qasimia University in Sharjah to attend the distribution events and delivered speeches. Li Xuhang made fully positive remarks on Chinese international students of Al Qasimia University for withstanding the impact of the pandemic, supporting fellow students, and continuing their studies.
