In order to further improve the consular service and meet the growing demand for consular authentication of overseas Chinese, learning from good practices of embassies and consulates in other countries, the Chinese Consulate General in Dubai will commission consular authentication from February 15th. When Chinese citizens, UAE citizens and a third-country citizens in the consular area of our consulate (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm al-Quwain, and Ras al-Khaimah) apply for consular authentication, they are requested to go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Dubai (Hereinafter referred to as the Application Center) to submit applications.

    After the implementation of commissioning the consular authentication, the Application Center is only responsible for accepting applications, consulting, collecting fees,  delivering application results , and does not participate in the approval procedures for consular authentication. Whether the documents submitted by applicants can be authenticated is solely determined by the Consulate General. By so doing, the Application Center will provide applicants with a more comfortable environment for authentication application, more timely information consultation and convenient services. It will strictly follow the relevant laws of China and the UAE to ensure the security of applicants' personal information and documents. To ensure smooth operation, the Application Center will charge applicants service fee.
